Drive it with the controller. Swallow the magnetic beans. Watch the tail grow behind you — exactly like the game you grew up on, except it's real and it's chomping across the living room.
30 days to change your mind. Let them play with it. If it doesn't earn its place, send it back.
Packed in 1–3 business days, then 5–10 business days in transit, depending on your country. Tracked to the UK, US, Canada and Australia, with the exact cost shown at checkout.
Tested to ASTM F963 & EN 71. No small parts under 3 — see the safety FAQ.
You already know the pattern. Big box, big reaction, and by Thursday it's under the sofa. Nibbles keeps going because it isn't one trick — it's a game, and the floor is a different board every time.
A goal, not just a gadget. Collect the beans, grow the tail, don't run into your own body.
It changes every session. New bean layout, new track, new best score.
Two players make it competitive. Suddenly it's a tournament, not a toy.
It costs nothing extra. No app, no subscription, no in-game currency.
Out of the box to first chomp takes about ninety seconds — most of that is peeling stickers.
Drop the eight magnetic energy beans anywhere on the floor. Tight cluster for a scramble, spread wide for a long hunt. Add the numbered stickers if you want to make it a counting game.
Two thumbsticks: forward/back and left/right. Steer the head over a bean and the jaw snaps it up with a chomp sound. It locks on magnetically and joins the tail.
Every bean makes the snake longer and harder to turn. Clip your own tail and it breaks off — beans scatter, and you start hunting again. That's the whole loop, and it does not get old.
The details that decide whether a toy stays in rotation or goes in the cupboard.
Separate frequencies mean two Nibbles run in the same room without crossing signals. Race for the last bean, defend your patch, or team up and build the longest snake in the house. The Double Pack ships one of each colour so you can tell them apart mid-chase.
A proper chomp on every swallow, engine burble while it crawls, and a little celebration when the tail hits full length.
Built-in rechargeable pack. About two hours to full from any phone charger. Nobody is raiding the TV remote for AAs.
Sticker sheet included. Call out a sum and they have to eat the answer.
Rings, mazes, chicanes under the dining chairs. Runs on hardwood, tile, vinyl and low-pile carpet.
Impact-resistant ABS shell with rounded edges, and segments that pop off under stress instead of snapping.
1 × Nibbles snake — head unit with rechargeable pack
1 × two-stick remote — takes 2 × AAA (not included)
8 × magnetic energy beans — the tail segments it swallows
1 × USB charging cable
1 × numbered sticker sheet — for the counting games
Gift-ready colour box — no wrapping required
We're not pretending an RC car is a bad time. It's just a shorter one.

Ages 3 and up. Three- and four-year-olds mostly drive it and giggle; from about five they start playing it properly as a game and setting up their own tracks. Adults are not immune.
The beans are large one-piece parts — each one is far bigger than the small-parts cylinder used in the ASTM F963 and EN 71-1 choke tests, and the magnets are sealed inside the moulded body, not loose. That's why it carries a 3+ rating rather than 0+.
The honest caveat: any toy with enclosed magnets should be kept away from children who still mouth objects, and a bean with a cracked shell should be binned rather than repaired.
Around 90 minutes of continuous driving per charge, and roughly two hours to charge from flat off any USB port. The remote takes 2 × AAA batteries, which aren't included.
Low-pile carpet and rugs, yes — slower but it keeps moving. Hard floors are where it's happiest. Deep shag will beach it.
Yes. Each snake pairs to its own remote on a separate frequency, so two or three run side by side without interference.
The segments are designed to detach under impact rather than snap — that's normal, just click them back on. If something genuinely fails within 12 months of normal play, contact us with your order number and a photo and we'll replace the part or the unit.
We pack and dispatch your order within 1–3 business days. From there transit runs 5–10 business days depending on your country (UK 6–10, Canada 8–13, Australia 7–13, US 8–15 in total).
Every order ships tracked — you'll get the tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans it. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout from your address.
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund — opened, charged and played with is fine. We only ask that the beans and remote come back in the box.
Open it, charge it, run it into the skirting board for a month. If it hasn't earned its spot on the shelf, email us and we'll refund it.
