Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return a Nibbles order for a full refund. It can be opened, charged and played with — that's the point of the guarantee. We ask that the remote, the eight energy beans and the charging cable come back with it.

Your statutory rights

If you are in the EU or UK you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Our 30-day policy sits on top of that right and does not replace it.

How to start a return

  1. Email thenibblessnakes@gmail.com with your order number and one line on what didn't work out. You don't need to justify it.
  2. We reply with a return address and a reference number.
  3. Once the parcel arrives we inspect it and refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Please don't post anything back before you have a reference number — unlabelled parcels can't be matched to an order.

Who pays return postage

  • Faulty, damaged or wrong item: we pay, and we refund your original shipping too.
  • Changed your mind: you pay return postage; we refund the full product price.

Faulty items

If something fails within 12 months of delivery under normal play, email us a photo or short video with your order number and we'll replace the part or the whole unit at no cost.

Segments popping off on impact is not a fault — they're designed to detach rather than snap. Click them back on.

What we can't refund

  • Returns started more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Deliberate damage, water damage, or units that have been opened up and modified.
  • Orders missing the remote, the beans or the charging cable — we'll refund minus the value of what's missing.

Cancellations

Not dispatched yet? Email us and we'll cancel or change the colour free of charge. After dispatch, treat it as a return.
