Terms of service

1. Who you're buying from

2. Placing an order

Adding an item to your cart isn't an order, and our order confirmation email isn't acceptance — the contract forms when we dispatch. That allows us to cancel and refund in full if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error. You must be 18 or over to order.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Payment is taken in full at checkout. We do not store card details.
  • Promotional prices apply while displayed and can't be applied retrospectively to an earlier order.
  • Where a struck-through comparison price is shown, it refers to [OUR OWN PREVIOUS SELLING PRICE / THE MANUFACTURER'S RECOMMENDED PRICE]. [TO COMPLETE: state which is true. Both the FTC and EU price-indication rules require a "was" price to be one you actually charged.]

4. Delivery

Shipping options, costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order and we haven't agreed otherwise with you, you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Returns

Our 30-day return policy is set out in the refund policy and is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them. EU and UK customers retain the 14-day right of withdrawal.

6. Warranty

We warrant Nibbles against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery under normal domestic play. The warranty does not cover deliberate damage, water damage, disassembly, or normal wear such as scuffing. It is additional to your statutory rights.

7. Safe use

  • Suitable for ages 3 and over. Not suitable for children under 3.
  • Contains enclosed magnets. Keep away from children who still put objects in their mouths, and stop using any bean whose shell has cracked.
  • Charge only from a standard 5V USB supply. Do not leave charging unattended overnight.
  • For indoor use on floors. Not a ride-on, not waterproof, not for use near stairs.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Intellectual property

The Nibbles name, site content, photography and copy belong to [REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME] and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

10. Complaints and governing law

Email thenibblessnakes@gmail.com first — most things are resolved in one reply. These terms are governed by Dutch law. Consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Nothing here affects your right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time you ordered.
